“The workers were polite and respectful; they appeared knowledgeable, worked consistently, & worked well together; they covered the floor (entry/exit to work area) and were conscientious to clean/sweep up any mess. When household stuff was in their way, they moved it to a better place or covered it to protect it. Communication did feel insufficient in that they didn't give run-down on how they would proceed (what they would be doing, tasks involved in the work), mainly that they would be working on the attic in the AM and the basement in the PM. However, they did answer questions where they were able to, & the Job Site Lead asked me a couple of questions prior to the work in the basement. The user manual for the bath fan wasn't given to us, but the job site lead texted me a link to it.
Also, Subcontractor Rogers Refrigeration did an excellent job installing the water heater & going over information on that.”
